SANA Psychiatry offers psychiatric care in person in St. Louis and by telehealth for patients in Missouri, Illinois and Florida.

Insurance
We are in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Missouri, Cigna, Carelon and UHC/UMR/Optum. Your cost is set by your plan's copay, coinsurance or deductible.

Self-Pay Rates (effective December 1, 2026)
Initial psychiatric evaluation: $375
Follow-up visit: $195
FSA/HSA cards are accepted.

Out-of-Network Insurance and Superbills
If your insurance is a plan we don't accept, we can give you a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Superbills aren't available for the plans we're in-network with, since those visits are billed directly to your insurance.

Cancellation Policy
We need at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged $195.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, if you don't have insurance or aren't using it, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of your expected costs before your visit. Ask for one anytime.
