About Dr. Sindhura Saini, MD

Dr. Sindhura Saini is a board-certified psychiatrist (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, certified 2016, recertified 2025) and the founder of SANA Psychiatry, which she opened in St. Louis in December 2022.

​

She completed her psychiatry residency through the combined Cleveland Clinic Akron General / NEOMED program (2011–2015) and earned her BS in Biology from John Carroll University.

Dr. Saini sees adults in person at our Richmond Heights office and by telehealth for patients in Missouri, Illinois and Florida.

 

Her approach is whole-person care: a thorough evaluation first, then a treatment plan that may include medication, supportive therapy and practical lifestyle strategies.
